![]() I've also tried the Device Manager (I'm running Windows 7 by the way) and disabling the intel card (in the hope that the nVidia card will take over. I've checked the BIOS and it doesn't seem to have an option to change which is the default. I have checked online and found that the usual way to change which is the default graphics card is through the BIOS. I could go to the control panel to set each one to use the nVidia card but since I can on occasions make 100s a day, this is far from ideal. Since these all run on the intel card, they run much more slowly than they should and I don't get the sort of results I'm looking for. However, part of my job includes creating many executables and testing them for things like frame rate etc. Currently the intel graphics card is the default and for each program that I wish to run with the nVidia card I have to do so manually in the nVidia control panel. Hi guys, I have a laptop with an built in intel graphics card and a more powerful nVidia one. ![]()
